Our first Adult Stock show was a great success, averaging sixteen a class most of them really good Dwarfs. Mr. Woodgate had plenty on his plate as we say in Yorkshire, especially with the white class. Eighteen of them and what a picture they made, every one a typical Dwarf! Any one of the last five on the table could have won! The honour went to Mr Ruston of Harrogate, a Novice, this exhibit went on to win Best in Show.

In the Any Other Colour class, Mr Grainger of Huddersfield won with a really smashing colour Sable, the best coloured Dwarf I have seen yet; when this colour gets the breadth of head and shoulder we see in a good White, in my opinion it will take pride of place in Dwarfs.

In the challenge Doe, Miss Campbell wins with a really good coated White of her own breeding. This is a good performance, as she is our youngest member, being only fourteen years of age.

Any Other Colour Self was won by Mr Stringer with a Black. This colour is steadily improving, also the Blues, but a lot of spade work is still required to bring them p to the standard but with patience and breeding skill it will be done.

Most close now, or I shall want the News letter enlarging, so congratulations to all the winners, and very many thanks to all who supported us, especially our South Country friends and the North Leeds Society, they were great hosts.
